More and more I’m moving towards more veggies. Have fun eating the rainbow this week!


Monday: grilled steak, zucchini, and eggplant; corn on the cob; baked potato bar; berry tart
Tuesday: cauliflower tacos with chimichurri sauce; red cabbage slaw; cinnamon sugar nachos
Wednesday: spaghetti squash and meatballs; green beans and carrots; caesar salad; garlic bread
Thursday: falafel; kibbee; lentil soup; hummus; tabouleh; pita
Friday: homemade pizza; veggies and dip
Saturday: butter chicken; vegetable korma; basmati rice
