I love food. Which is why by far the hardest part of the fitness life for me is the diet. But sometimes it’s okay to eat some unhealthy stuff, right? Everything in moderation *wink*
No, but in all seriousness it’s perfectly fine to have a cheat meal sometimes. Here are my favorite foods that don’t really have the best macros (macronutrients: proteins, carbs, fats, etc.). If you guys ever want a yummy meal or a delicious physique destroyer here are some great ideas! >:)
– Cheesecake: This is my favorite dessert. It’s creamy, delicious, and is just a party in your mouth. I feel like people either love it or hate it actually, but for me this is dessert #1. The only problem is … just one slice at The Cheesecake Factory can have well over 1,000 calories. In one small slice! Sheesh …
– Creamy Pastas: The perfect blend of rich sauce blended with thick pasta is classic and amazing. Nothing screams “home” like a bowl of carb-y goodness enwrapped in fat and love.
– Deep Fried Oreos: These really shouldn’t be on the list because I’ve only had them maybe once or twice a long time ago. But they’re actually INSANE. You truly have to try them at least once in your life. The Oreo kind of melts as it’s coated in sugary, thick batter and deep fried in oil. Moving on from the taste, however, an already unhealthy treat deep fried is the epitome of unhealthiness.
Pizza: This doesn’t have to be very unhealthy, there are ways to make pizza a little bit better for your diet. But there is nothing, and I mean nothing, better than a warm slice of pizza absolutely GUSHING grease. The Italians must have been geniuses to be the first to realize that: (cheese + sauce + dough + love = yum yum in my tum tum)!
These are just my personal preferences. Tell me about yours in the comments. I’d love to get unhealthy cheat meal ideas—I mean learn more about you. As always, thanks for reading, it means a lot. And until next time …
